Account Creation

Visit TripAdvisor Developer Portal

Go to tripadvisor.com/developers and click “Log in to get started”

Complete Registration

  • Fill in your personal and company information
  • Verify your email address
  • Accept the terms of service

Generate API Key

Access Developer Dashboard

  1. Log in to your TripAdvisor developer account
  2. Navigate to the “My API” section in your dashboard
  3. Generate your new key
  4. Fill in your billing information

Get Your API Key

  1. Once your billing is set, you’ll receive your API key
  2. Copy the API key from your application details page

Add the integration

  1. In your Anything project, type / in the chat
  2. Select “TripAdvisor” from the menu

Add your API key

  1. Paste your TripAdvisor API key into the “TRIPADVISOR_API_KEY” field

Use it

You can now use prompts with the integration to access travel information.Some examples:
  • Find top-rated hotels in Paris using /TripAdvisor
  • Get restaurant reviews near me with /TripAdvisor
  • Create a travel guide app using /TripAdvisor
The API limits how often your app can fetch data. If your app loads the same data often, ask the agent to save it locally so it doesn’t re-fetch every time.
